A League of Friends Foundation (ALOF) Mission for Donations…

Our goal is to help children achieve their dreams and ensure that they feel equal to their peers.

Starting in 2026 and moving forward, we aim to sponsor both boys' and girls' softball teams
(ages 9-10), focusing especially on families with limited financial means so that their children can
have the same opportunities as others.

We will offer a free two-week summer camp for children ages 9 to 12 in low-income areas at a
metro Atlanta church in June 2026. The camp includes free meals, two field trips, and plans to
have Atlanta sports franchise players speak with the kids.

 

It is well understood that athletics
play an important role in teaching valuable lessons to young people. Our staff—composed of
ministry leaders, teachers, a travel agent, coaches, and motivational speakers—will provide
support to help these children match their opportunities the same opportunities that their peers may have.
